Moving on... I regularly take long hot bubbly baths surrounded with candles (as that is the only time i truly relax) During these times i use my up-most favourite products of all time. They smell AMAZING and i genuinely think that they work so well. These products are called NSPA. The originate from a spa called Nirvana. But they have published the products they use and only sell them exclusively in Asda. Which i find great because i have a local Asda near by and i find them reasonably cheap for how good they work.
This is their Bathing Ritual range, it includes a moisturizing body wash, shower mousse, a foaming bath milk, body polish (which is used as an exfoliator), warming salt scrub, body lotion, body butter and a hand and nail cream. The thing i love about NSPA is that their products is organised into 3-4 groups. The first group are the cleansers which have a big number one on the packaging, the second group is exfoliation with a big number two on it, the third group is treatment, and the forth is moisturize.
However, the bathing rituals only come in three groups which is the 1st, 2nd and 4th groups but they have recently produced a treatments range (3rd Group) for the bathing rituals, which is a body firm treatment.
But as i was saying these products really do work and you can see a big difference in the way you're skin looks and feels. The smell is luxurious as well and the BEST thing of all is that they have produced a scented candle using the same scent of the bathing rituals range which is Jojoba and White Jasmine. Also, when you have got out of the bath an d used you're lotion/body butter, you can smell even more great by using their Jojoba and White Jasmine Body Fragrance.
So i always have the most spa-like baths ever.
The NPSA range also covers a Beauty Ritual Range, which again i always love to use. In fact, i use this range as soon as i come out of my bath.
So, again they use they same organised structure, of the 1-4 assigned groups.
The scents are all different which i think is good, because having the same scent of products get a little boring...
Firstly i use my Deep Cleansing Facial Wash. This is a good cleanser for taking off makeup although i usually take off my makeup before i get into the bath, but i still use the cleanser and it gets out makeup that you can't always see. I use only one pump of the cleanser which is foamed based, and gently massage it into my face in circular motions. I then use cotton pads to remove it. Secondly i use a Revitalising Vitamin Toning Mist which i spray all over my face to give my skin that extra boost.
I then move onto my exfoliators, i have three of them. I can use all of them but generally i only use one or two at a time. My main one is called a Brightening Detox Scrub which is a cream-based scrub that i massage deep into my skin. It has micro exfoliation beads that gently buff away dead skin. It smells really good as well. I remove this using Facial sponges, which i buy from Super drug. The next one is a Hot Cloth Polish, which is harder to use on yourself, but at the same time feels amazing. I usually pump 2 skirts of the cream into my fingertips and massage all over my face again. I then grab my Muslin Cloth which i put into warm to hot water, NOT TOO HOT though!! And then i gently put the cloth all over my face and dab the cloth into the cream that's already placed on my face. The feeling is like luxury. It really is!! I then remove it using the muslin cloth.
The other exfoliant is called the 5 Minute Magic Mask, and its a mask you apply to you're face which has tiny orange coloured beads that disappear when you massage it into your face, which is what it's designed for. The beads are filled with vitamins which helps to soothe your face and leave it looking more radiant. You then have to leave it on for 5 minutes. Remove by facial sponges and cold water to ease puffiness.
Moving onto the third group, treatment. The treatment product that i use is a Deep Hydrating Facial Oil, which is great for my skin as it gets really dry in some places. So all i do with this oil is drop 2-3 drops into palm and rub together until it gets warm and gently dab it onto my face.
I also use another product called a Replenishing Moisture Mask. Again, it's cream based which is easier to massage into my face. The reason why i use this mask is because it's deeply nourishing and you can sit back and relax for 10-20 minutes while it works wonders for your skin. Remove it by facial sponges and warm water.
The last step is forth, which is moisturize. I use a product called Oil-free Moisture Gel. I don't want to use too much oil, so i find this moisturizer really kind to my skin. It quite literally glides onto face, leaving it feeling like a baby's bottom.
Hope this is not boringly long for you all, i just thought it would be nice to read from someone who has used the products specifically.
If you have any questions at all, please leave me a comment.
Thanks again BeautyGeekz.
